Track Bolt

Track bolts are tough, heavy-duty fasteners used to connect parts in heavy machinery and transportation, mainly for securing railway tracks (rail bolts/fish bolts) or crawler equipment treads like bulldozers and excavators. They feature strong designs such as button heads or diamond necks for high strength, vibration resistance, and reliable connections in demanding, high-load conditions.  

 Key features include high strength, with components made from alloy or high-carbon steel (like Grade 8, 10.9, or 12.9) to withstand heavy forces. They feature specialized heads such as button, diamond neck, or countersunk designs for specific purposes. Durability is ensured through galvanization or coatings for corrosion resistance in outdoor or humid environments. Secure locking is achieved with oval necks or nylon locking nuts to prevent loosening from vibration.  

Railroad Track Bolts

Button Head Oval Neck (BHON): Joins rail sections, with an oval neck that locks into the rail hole to stop rotation during installation for easier tightening.  

Fish Bolts: Connect rail ends, often shaped for specific fits.  

Anchor Bolts & T-Bolts: Secure rails to sleepers (ties) or clips. 

Crawler/Heavy Equipment Track Bolts:  

Domed Head Cap Screws: Attach track plates (shoes) to the track chains on bulldozers, excavators, and tractors.  

High Tensile Strength: Built to handle extreme vibration, impact, and wear.  

L-Track/Logistic Track Bolts: Used in cargo management systems in trailers or vans, often with countersunk heads for a flush fit.
